We have several pre-built programs that you can use with your clients until you build your own, and your clients can even choose their own habits. So all you need to do to get started is invite a client to start using the platform. You are ready to rock and roll the minute you sign up.

Q: Does Habit Tech have an Affiliate program?

Absolutely! We have an AMAZING affiliate program and are compensating our affiliates 30% of whatever their referrals pay us for LIFE. As long as you and they are both clients, you will receive 30% recurring income.

2. Customization

Q: Do you white label? Can you align it to my brand?

We offer white labeling FREE to all coaches. You will receive your own specific habittechnology subdomain (yourbrand.habittechnologies.com) that you can align with your brand. You can replace our logo with your own, choose your color scheme, and choose your welcoming message. Additionally, all email reminders will come from you (automatically through our system) and pc/app notifications will have your shining face featured in the message. (You can use your logo there if you prefer.) In short, we built this platform to feel like your own app.

Q: What are "Create the Change" campaigns?

Create the Change campaigns are a unique feature of Habit and our part of our reward system. We want your clients to do good while they do good. Every time they make progress toward a goal, complete a habit exercise, a lesson, or a self reflection, we allow them to spin the "change wheel." When they spin, they earn change points that we turn into contributions to a charitable campaign. We at Habit Tech write the check from our own pockets. They don't have to pay anything. All they have to do is do good and they create positive changes in the world.

Q: What are the rewards? Can I choose what rewards my clients get?

Whenever your clients make progress, we reinforce them with a reward. (It's the foundation of how habits are built and is essential for rewiring the brain.) Your clients will choose for themselves the rewards that are most meaningful to them. They have three options: 1) feel a sense of pride by taking part in a Create the Change campaign and contributing Habit profits toward a good cause, 2) get a laugh by receiving funny memes or gifs, or 3) feel inspired by inspirational quotes.

3. Content

Q: Can my clients upload their own content?

Clients can create their own notes, complete their pulse surveys and reflections, and create their own habit programs. They cannot upload any content (e.g., pdfs).

Q: What type of content can I put into my online course?

We support a wide variety of content. Currently we support audio, video, youtube, pdf, and iframes.

Q: What do you do with client content? Is it secure?

We prioritize security and take all the recommended steps (and then some) to make sure that your information and your clients information is protected. We comply with all legal standards (e.g., GDPR, etc.) and give our clients and their clients the right to be forgotten. We do not sell or lend data, and value your data like we would our own. In short, we ain't no Facebook.

Q: How much traffic can you handle? What are my upload limits?

Hosting scales automatically to handle millions of concurrent visits. In short, send as much traffic as you want. You do not technically have any upload limits and we prioritize speed within the app. Users tend to prefer shorter files and we recommend that when you shoot in 4k, you compress your file to ensure fastest load times.

Q: Who creates the content for habit programs? 

We have several pre-built habit programs that you can use to get started right away. Most coaches choose to eventually create their own habit programs so that it aligns more closely with their approach and niche. Clients can also create their own habits.

4. Pricing Plans

Q: What are "Active Clients"?

Active clients are clients that you are currently working with through the Habit platform. They are located on your coaching dashboard. If you are no longer working with a client, you can deactivate them on the dashboard by clicking on the 3 vertical dots on that client's panel. After you deactivate that client, they no longer count toward your "active client" total.

Q: What kind of support does Habit Tech provide?

We offer fast email support to paid accounts and prioritized help for professional and scaled accounts. We also provide real-time technical support to your clients so you can be sure they are getting the help they need. You take care of the coaching, we take care of the tech.

Q: Can I cancel my account plan at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your account at any time. If you do, your account will continue to be active until the end of that payment cycle. If you paid the monthly plan, then it is active until the end of the month. If you paid for the yearly plan, it is active until the end of the year.
